Sam brings over 15+ years of experience in the non-profit and business sectors, leading teams and supporting individual development. From a career in IT, he transitioned to project management and discovered his passion for unlocking potential in others.

A certified 7 Habits facilitator, he holds an MBA, CIPD diploma in Learning & Development, and advanced coaching certification from Coach Masters Academy.

He currently trains and coaches entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders across Africa—helping them clarify goals, lead teams, streamline operations, and boost personal and organizational productivity.
