Explore Creative Leadership Center / Watoto Children’s Choir: Leadership/ Coaching Impact/Performance

Beyond the formal business suit, Rose Mercy is fun loving and passionate about creative leadership for children. She firmly believes that the quality of children we raise or produce is based on the quality of adults around them. For the past 19 years, Rose Mercy has worked with the young university graduates through the Watoto Children’s Choirs training them in caring for children and raising them to be leaders. Out of this experience, she founded

Explore Creative Leadership Center in 2020 to creatively impact the lives of young adults through transformative coaching and leadership direction, so that they can invest in the lives of young children in schools, churches and communities around them. She believes that children should grow up in an atmosphere where they experience a world of unlimited possibilities, creatively innovate, participate in their learning and receive practical skills. This can only be done if they have an adult leader around them that can heighten their learning and awareness. Her goal is developing Child- Leaders who are solving Africa’s problems in an African cultural context, with a global outlook.
