Moses is anexperienced People Management / Human Resources practitioner spanning 21 years in three leading brands (BAT Uganda, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa– Uganda & South Africa, Stanbic Bank Uganda) across different sectors with 14 years in the C-suite as Strategic People leader (Head, Human Resources / Human Capital).
He has great experience in People/ HR Strategy formulation, execution and delivery, Leadership development and a host of other human capital technical areas spanning Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent and Succession Planning, Resourcing, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee engagement etc.
Moses is a certified transformative coach and a systemic stairway facilitator. He also proficient in facilitating Job evaluation, candidate interview assessments, team development and several performance management and evaluation approaches for both employees and organizations.
Moses is the immediate past President of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda since 2018, serving his second and last term of office for the leading Professional association in People management that enhances competence, productivity and quality of life in Uganda. He is also the technical advisor to the Board HR Committee at the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority.
He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School – Herriot Watt University, Scotland and a Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work and Social Administration – Makerere University, Kampala. He has also attended numerous technical and leadership development programs notably the CEO Apprenticeship Program 2015 (CAP 2015.
He has led high performing teams that have delivered great results and won accolades like twice winning the Employer of the Year Accolades – 2 Gold Awards (2011 – Coca-Cola & 2019 – Stanbic Bank); 2 Silver Awards (2008 & 2009 –Coca-Cola) and has also mentored fellow HR practitioners who have grown into the C-suite in various organizations.
