Juliet Ntabgoba has over 16 years of senior leadership and management experience. Her work incudes leading teams, developing strategy and supporting transformation and culture change initiatives. She has developed and implemented a myriad of programs to support organization effectiveness including leadership and talent development. Juliet is also an experienced program manager and brings both breadth and depth of experience. Her work has seen her assume progressively senior roles in a number of countries including; the USA, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius and Uganda. Her industry coverage includes international development through entities such as the USAID, as well as private sector experience in the IT, Telecommunication and Management Consulting
services.

Individual leadership and team coaching overview: Juliet has over 500 coaching hours and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
Juliet’s super power is coaching groups and teams to enhance interpersonal and team dynamics and team effectiveness. She has completed over 10 team coaching engagements over the last five years and utilizes a number of assessment tools to complement her coaching and facilitation work. For example, she has over 10 years of experience as a licensed and accredited Insights Discovery Practioner. Additionally, she is certified to use various Hogan leadership personality inventories. She has also worked with a number of 360-degree assessment tools and is also an experienced facilitator of training content including that from the Franklin Covey suite – ‘The Speed of Trust’ and ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’.
Juliet has an undergraduate degree in International Business and Human Resource Management and an MBA from the George Washington University in Washington, DC
