Joy is a Certified Transformative Coach with COACH MASTERS ACADEMY – She carries over 19 years of professional experience in the areas of People development, training and empowerment.
Currently, Joy serves as the Board chairperson for Hospice Africa Uganda which is the leading organization that offers support and palliative care for the terminally ill patients in Uganda.
Joy has worked with notable brands and organisations like Engie Energy Access Uganda, Deloitte and Touche East Africa, National social security fund, Stanbic Bank Uganda, Solar Now, DFCU Bank, ABSA Bank, Airtel Uganda, Uganda Electricity transmission company Ltd, Total Uganda, Tullow Oil PLC, Uganda Revenue Authority, Eco Bank and Rwanda Broadcasting Agency among others.
Joy is a weekly columnist with the Saturday Monitor newspaper authoring the column MIN ATEK which has been running for the last 19years.
She is very passionate about mental resilience, health and wellness and she exercises regularly. She has climbed three mountains including Mt Rwenzori and Mt Kilimanjaro
