Josephineis a Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation body and local Charter.She has been professionally coaching executives, senior managementand prospects from the financial services and other sectors since 2017.
She feels both priviliged and humbled to have been part of the Board that set up the ICF Ugandan Chapter, now a Charter, which is a major milestone in the professionalization of Coaching in Uganda.
Her membership in the ICF Global and Ugandan Charter has given her an opportunity to interact with a number of Coaching professionals. She observes that they are deeply passionate about the recognition of this proffession in Uganda and the value it brings to individuals and Corporates through enhanced performance when they fully embrace it.
She is particularly passionate about executive coaching noting that her own leadership journey has been positively impacted by improved self awareness through coaching sessions she has had and given.
