A Trainer and Consultant specialized in: Team Management, Leadership Development, working with remote teams, Organizational Development, Project-Management, Customer Satisfaction and in design of programs. I have attended several seminars in the context of leadership, social competence in management, conflict management, communication, motivation, customer orientation; I have also designed different programs for the Oil and Gas Industry.
I obtained a Master’s degree in Information Systems, and doing my final research for a Master’s degree in Education and Human resource management. I am a certified Total Quality Management auditor with 15 years’ experience implementing management systems, based on acceptable well known international standards, ISO, Nebosh, six sigma quality tools, in a multi-national, multi-racial setting, scoring high in project execution and delivery.
Through my career I have had several management positions, (Certification Manager and Quality Manager- SGS Uganda, Business Development Manager at Intertek International, Projects Manager at Comtel Integrators and latest Road Safety and traffic Control- Oil and Gas Tilenga Project.
I am a training facilitator at the East African school of customs management, responsible for developing training syllabus on valuation tools on local tax collection.
I am an adjunct consultant with Precision HR handling Change Management, Total Quality tools, Customer care, Business development and conflict management.
