Joseph Ajal is dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. With six years
of experience as an Executive Coach, and 21 years as a Human Resources Development expert,
he has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients across various industries,
helping them achieve remarkable growth and transformation. He is a member of ICF Uganda
Charter Chapter, HRMAU and is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of CivFund.

Joseph’s credentials are a testament to his commitment to excellence in HR practice and
coaching. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified through an ICF Approved Coach

predominantly in Uganda. His coaching interventions have led to significant achievements, such

Department, and Managers to scale their businesses to double-digit growth figures.
