Eunice is a renowned Leadership Coach and facilitator with robust experience in business management, Leadership, Human Resources Management and Leadership Development. As an expert in areas of Communication, Behavior and Performance, Eunice works with business Leaders and Middle Managers, C-Suite and High Potential Talent to build their Leadership potential and support them through transition journeys and leadership challenges. Her goal is to ignite and maximize potential while aligning their objectives with the Organization’s strategic goals.

From her own leadership experience and study in the area of human behavior and organizational dynamics, Eunice has built a deep understanding on the needs of leadership roles and the process to build them. She brings this knowledge alive in a learning environment through her energetic and engaging style and interactions that put business leaders and managers in a resourceful mindset. Eunice supports these leaders in gaining clarity through their self-awareness by focusing on a the Awareness, Clarity and Choice (ACC) coaching model.
