He has consulted with organisations in the sphere of organisational behaviour (Organisational health), Governance, Customer Excellence and Leadership. He has over 500 hours of paid executive coaching with many executives.
He is Certified as a coach under the International Coaching Federation as a professional Certified coach (PCC). He holds an Advanced Professional Coach Certification and a Transformative Coach Certification with Coach Masters academy in Singapore.
He is a member of International Coaching Federation and an ordained Reverend. He holds a Master of Arts in Organisational leadership and Management, bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, Diploma in Transformational Leaders biased in theology and a 7 Habits trainer certification. He has been privileged to sit on several boards like, Kampala Playhouse Limited, Chairperson to the Watoto Provident fund, Shachar Academy. He also plays an advisory role to many companies in Uganda on governance, leadership development and organisational health.
