Chris is a vastly exposed Consultant who brings a unique blend of strategic planning, business and culture transformation, leadership, talent management, teambuilding and strategic human capital management expertise; all of which has been acquired over 20 years through consulting and practicing mandates.
In his long and colourful tenure, Chris has executed various large-scale mandates for some of Africa’s leading corporates in Southern Africa, Central and Eastern Africa, as well as West Africa. Successfully executed mandates include strategic planning, change management, implementation of wholesale talent management interventions, succession planning, teambuilding, job competency profiling and skills audits / assessments (both baseline and dipstick), performance management systems design and implementation, HR and capacity assessments, human capital strategy, leadership training, mentoring and coaching, and HR due diligence, among other projects. Chris is a thought leader, trainer and mentor in several areas that include talent management, strategic planning and leadership.
As the Chief Executive at Allaboard, he has authored and delivered the firm’s signature Programmes, which include the Certified Talent Practitioner (CTP), and the acclaimed 3-Dimensional Mentoring Programme (3-D), the Enterprise Leader Programme (ELP), the Lead Interviewer Certification Programme (LiCP), and Employee Engagement for Managers (EEM), To date, Chris has trained over 5000 senior and executive managers from over 15 countries across Africa in various leadership and human capital topics. Chris is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Africa Chapter, where he is Director of Membership.
