Responsibilities:

• Oversee farm & landscaping operations to meet set standards and support kitchen supply needs.

• Plan, implement & monitor planting schedules, embracing eco-friendly, sustainable practices.

• Manage budgets, procurement & stock efficiently for cost-effective and profitable operations.

• Assess and improve existing practices, introducing innovations that align with sustainability goals.

• Coordinate staff schedules, documentation & tool maintenance to ensure efficiency and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Landscape Management, Horticulture and/or a related field.

• At least two years of relevant experience.

• Effective leadership and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English & Rukiga; knowledge of Bwindi region/Southern Uganda is an advantage.
